Delivery Requirements & Site Preparation
To ensure a smooth “roll-off” delivery process, please review the following site requirements. Our professional drivers prioritize safety and precision to place your container in its ideal location.
- Surface and Clearance
Hard Surface: The delivery site must be clear, dry, and firm. We cannot deliver on soft ground or mud where there is a risk of the heavy freight truck or container sinking.
Vertical Clearance: Our delivery trucks require at least 16 feet of vertical clearance at peak tilt. Please ensure the path is completely free of overhead power lines, low-hanging tree branches, or other low obstructions.
Maneuvering Room: Delivery trucks need ample space for wide turns. Ensure that gates, fences, and entryways can safely accommodate the turning radius of a large commercial trailer. - Space Requirements by Container Size
The total length of our delivery vehicles can reach up to 100 feet. Please verify that your site has the following straight-line clearance to allow the truck to safely pull out from under the container during unloading:
- 20ft Containers: Require at least 60 feet of linear space.
- 40ft Containers: Require at least 80 feet of linear space.
- 45ft & 53ft Domestic Units: Require up to 100 feet of linear space.

Transparent Costing: Flat-rate or distance-based delivery rates are calculated transparently at checkout based on the container size and your delivery zip code.
