Delivery Requirements & Site Preparation

To ensure a smooth “roll-off” delivery process, please review the following site requirements. Our professional drivers prioritize safety and precision to place your container in its ideal location.

1. Surface and Clearance

  • Hard Surface: The delivery site must be clear, dry, and firm. We cannot deliver on soft ground where there is a risk of the truck or container sinking.
  • Vertical Clearance: Our delivery trucks require at least 16 feet of vertical clearance at peak tilt. Please ensure the path is free of overhead power lines, low-hanging tree branches, or other obstructions.
  • Maneuvering Room: Delivery trucks need ample space for wide turns. Ensure that gates, fences, and entryways can accommodate the turning radius of a large trailer.

2. Space Requirements by Container Size

The total length of our delivery vehicles can reach up to 100 feet. Please verify that your site has the following straight-line clearance to allow the truck to pull out from under the container:

  • 20ft Containers: Require at least 60 feet of linear space.
  • 40ft Containers: Require at least 80 feet of linear space.
  • 45ft & 53ft Containers: Require up to 100 feet of linear space.

3. Pricing and Logistics

  • Cost: Delivery rates are calculated based on the container size and the distance from our nearest hub to your location.
  • Visual Confirmation: If you are unsure about your site’s suitability, feel free to send us photos or a video of the area. Our team will review them and provide recommendations to ensure a successful drop-off.
