2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination. All shipping charges are collected at the time of payment and are considered final unless additional site-specific requirements arise.

3. Returns

3.1 Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt if the container is unused and in its original delivered condition.

  • Costs: Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Warranty Claims

Warranty claims may be submitted within 90 days of receiving your item.

  • Process: Return shipping for warranty claims is initially paid by the customer but will be reimbursed once the warranty is verified.
  • Resolution: Upon approval, you may choose between a refund, replacement, or store credit.

6. Damaged Shipments

If your container or parcel arrives with visible damage, please reject the delivery if possible. If the delivery is accepted and damage is found later, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue through the courier’s insurance policy.
