Availability: We strive to maintain real-time, accurate inventory levels on our website. In the rare event of a technical sync delay where a purchased item is unavailable, we will contact you immediately to facilitate an immediate full refund or a preferred alternative solution.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden delivery fees or additional freight charges calculated at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price for delivery to your specified location.
3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
3.1 Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt if the container is unused and in its original delivered condition.
– Costs: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
– Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0) for returned items.
– Refunds: Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
3.2 Warranty & Defective Claims
Warranty and damage claims may be submitted within 30 days of receiving your item.
– Process: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Return shipping for approved defective claims will be covered at no additional cost to the customer.
– Resolution: Upon approval, you may choose between a refund to your original payment method, a replacement, or store credit.

Address Changes: Please contact us immediately if you need to change the delivery address. Changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched to the carrier.
P.O. Boxes & Freight Restrictions: Due to the size and weight of freight container shipments, we cannot deliver large cargo assets to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. A physical drop-off location capable of receiving freight delivery must be provided.
Backorders: If an item is on backorder, we will clearly state this availability status on the product page and ship it as soon as it becomes available, or offer a full refund prior to dispatch.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your container or parcel arrives with visible structural damage from transport, please reject the delivery with the driver if possible and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue through the courier’s insurance policy.
